These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and services provided by BoostOps Business Development Services (“BoostOps”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

All services are delivered under written agreements, proposals, or service contracts that define:

No service begins without mutual agreement.
3. No Guarantees of Results
BoostOps provides advisory and implementation services. Business performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
We do not guarantee specific revenue, profit, or operational outcomes unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Grant necessary system access

Respond in a timely manner to requests

Fulfill payment obligations
Project delays caused by client inaction do not constitute breach by BoostOps.
5. Fees and Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual agreements or invoices.
For Philippine clients:

Official Receipts will be issued in accordance with BIR regulations.

Applicable withholding tax may apply as required by law.
Late payments may result in service suspension.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary, financial, technical, and operational information shared during the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without written consent, except where required by law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Pre-existing materials and proprietary systems remain the property of BoostOps.

Custom deliverables created specifically for the client become the client’s property upon full payment.
BoostOps retains the right to use non-confidential project information for portfolio or case study purposes unless otherwise restricted.
8. Third-Party Platforms
BoostOps may implement or integrate third-party software platforms including CRM systems, automation tools, messaging services, or payment processors.
We are not responsible for:

Downtime of third-party platforms

Policy changes of third-party providers

Platform account suspensions caused by client misuse
Clients are responsible for complying with third-party terms of service.
9. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)
If you opt in to receive SMS communications from BoostOps:

Message frequency varies.

Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Mobile information and opt-in data will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Text messaging consent data will only be shared with vendors strictly for operational delivery of messaging services.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Business interruption
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding three (3) months.
11. Data Protection
BoostOps processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to share any personal or sensitive information with BoostOps.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate an agreement in accordance with the terms defined in the specific service contract.
Outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation prior to formal legal proceedings.
14. Modifications
BoostOps reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
